Break up the schedule into individual azimuth scans
Evaluate kurtosis and skewness of unflagged data
Flag RFI using sigma cuts
If kurtosis or skewness of unflagged data was bad, then apply wings to the flagged data
Re-evaluate kurtosis and skewness of clean data. If the kurtosis or skewness is still bad, then flag then entire scan
